Q. What are the MA Real Estate Salesperson's License requirements?

You must be 18 years old and of good moral character. You must complete our state certified 26 hour, 13 two hour module salesperson's license course + pass the state exam. Your Tuition includes 2 of the Very Best Textbooks available for the State Exam, The MA License  Law/Regulations Handbook, Candidate Handbook  & Education Certification!  All Credit Cards Welcome.

Q. What are the MA Real Estate Broker's License requirements?

You must first be a licensed salesperson.  You must have been currently, actively associated with a real estate broker for a minimum of 1 year.  You must complete our state certified 32 hour, 16 two hour module real estate broker's license course + pass the state examination.  Your tuition includes 2 of the very best textbooks available for the State Exam, The MA License Law/Regulations Handbook, Candidate Handbook & Education Certification.

Q. What are the Massachusetts Continuing Education requirements?

In order to maintain your brokers or salespersons license, state law requires that you complete a 12 hour, 6 two hour module course every 2 years. There is no state examination.

Q. Can I make my own video class schedule?

Yes, each class is a 2 hour module that covers a separate topic.  There is no sequence to the course. You can mix and match the classes, as long as you complete the required hours.  Take the course as quickly or as slowly as you choose.  We have the most flexible license school schedule in the state!  If you decide to take a live class once a week, it will take you over 2 months to become a licensed agent!

Q. Do you offer the State approved video license courses?

Yes we do!  In fact, all of our pre-license courses are professionally produced video's of a live course that the instructor, John C. Karcher taught at Quincy College.  The video classes are approved, full credit classes for the state exam.  Your video instructor has been teaching the license courses for over 25 years.  You will also receive individual, personal attention as there is always a state certified instructor at each school location to help you, and answer your questions!
